What is the Frogmind Creator Program with up to 100% net revenue share?
The Frogmind Creator Program provides a great opportunity for content creators, video makers, live streamers and influencers to do what they love, but earn money on the side. It’s free to participate in and join! Creators can focus on creating more and better content – and earn money with the highest revenue share!
Frogmind Creators get exclusive 1st looks of new games and content added with special access and our support. They also get the highest revenue share!
- Creator Link – creators get 100% net revenue share for all in-game-purchases NEW players generate in their first 30 days since downloading the game. Fans will also get a free in-game reward gift!
- Creator Code – creators get 50% net revenue share for all in-game purchases CURRENT players generate since activating the code within in-game. Players can change their support to other favorite creator every week!
We tested the program with our newest game Rumble Hockey in May 2020. In just 30 days over 100 creators from 25 countries joined, top creators earned over $ 10 000 each, we shared over $ 100 000 with the creators and Rumble Hockey surpassed 1 million players! The program was a success and we expanded it in the Summer of 2020 to more Frogmind games and started a new in-game Creator Code feature!

Why are we doing this?
At Frogmind, we love all the amazing content that creators have made for our games and truly believe in all creators who are supporting games and being gaming community leaders. During the release of our games, we saw the creators’ positive impact on downloads, engagement, and revenue. We appreciate and value that and wanted to start the program to support, empower and reward players, content creators and influencers even more. They are the ones who play, make videos, live stream, post, and discuss – and together contribute to the growing gaming community!
Up to 100% share is unconventional. We have seen 5% or 10% revenue shares before. Video game businesses usually advertise through big media companies and ad networks which means that most of the money won’t stay in the game community. We would rather give that to the creators and to the people most passionate about the games. The more players creators collectively bring in, the more fun they will have when the game and the community grows!
We understand that this is a novel approach from Frogmind, but we believe it benefits everyone involved: the creators, players, community, and games.
How does the Program work?
Creators will receive a personal Creator Link and/or Creator Code containing a unique identifier per each game. Then every NEW player who downloads the game iOS or Android through that individual link or CURRENT player that activates code within in-game will be attributed to the creator. Creator will get up to 100% net revenue share for all in-game-purchases those players generate in their next 7-30 days and this support can be continued!
Creators can use their links and codes in video descriptions, social media, live streams, and blogs – basically anywhere and any way they see best! And the links and codes can be reused several times on all new content!
All new players who install the game via Creator Link or press the link for the 1st time will also benefit as they will get an exclusive in-game reward!
We want to keep this simple, easy and fun for everyone.
Will content creators get paid in real money? How do creators earn money?
YES! A percentage of the money players spend in our games will go to support the Creator. So the Creators that have been accepted in the program will be paid in real money! Top creators earned over $ 10 000 each in the first 30 days of the program and we shared over $ 100 000 with the creators!
Creators receive personal Creator Links and/or Creator Codes for Frogmind games containing unique identifiers:

- Creator Code – creators get 50% net revenue share for all in-game purchases CURRENT players generate since activating the code within in-game. Players can change their support to other favorite creator every week!
What does 100% or 50% net revenue mean?
Net revenue means income that Frogmind receives after 3rd parties take their cuts. In details, 50-100% net revenue share means that you get 50-100% commission on all in-game purchase revenue:
- excluding Apple/Google platform share & per country taxes (average 35% of gross combined, varies by country)
- excluding refunds that Apple / Google removes before paying us (usually 1% to 2%)
- excluding server costs (calculated by the number of players from the link divided by all monthly players times monthly server costs incl. external analytics and link attribution cost). The server costs are in the order of 8% of monthly revenue.
And that’s it! The server costs are unavoidable fixed costs in real-time multiplayer games and we calculate our internal net revenue from the games with them already removed. As a developer & publisher we of course have also other costs (making the game, wages etc.) but none of these will be deducted in any way.
Who is eligible to participate and apply?
Creators who meet and agree on the following criteria:
- Have a minimum of 5000 subscribers
- Are over 18 years of age (unfortunately, we cannot legally pay minors)
- Are able to receive payments through Bank Transfer or PayPal
- Agree to the Frogmind Creator Program Terms and Conditions and Frogmind Privacy Policy
Before applying, please make sure that you have read the requirements for the program and that you qualify. We will review all applications carefully.
Why 5000 subscribers minimum?
We decided to choose the limit of 5000 to ensure that the creator has the dedication to make quality videos and already has experience of building a following.
We understand that some creators might have fewer subscribers, but intent to grow and make multiple videos, and thus their downloads can be substantial still, so feel free to apply and we’ll see if you are what we are looking for!
Why 200 USD payment minimum?
There are fixed costs related to processing payments (bank fees, etc.). Thus, it is customary to bundle payments to minimum size in order to limit the relative size of those costs.
Why 50 installs per link minimum (for Creator Links)?
We have decided to place a minimum limit of at least 50 installs for Creator Links to avoid fraudulent use of the link. The intent is that the link is used for getting new players into the game and not eg. for getting an individual discount. We reserve the right to remove in-app-purchases that have been bought by improper means or purposes. Creators found abusing the link will be removed from the Frogmind Creator Program and are prohibited from participating again.
50 installs minimum does not apply for the Creator Code feature.
How and when do a creator get paid?
Creators will be paid through Bank Transfer or PayPal based on their preference. Payments will be made within 30 days of Frogmind receiving the income.
When the net revenue Frogmind has received from installs or codes attributed to the creator is over 200 USD, Frogmind will pay that to the creator. If net revenue remains under 200 USD, Frogmind can report the net revenue to the creator and keep it accumulating until the next time Frogmind receives income related to the game.
What Frogmind games support the program?
Three games support the Frogmind Creator Program in the summer of 2020. All games are real-time multiplayer games and available free on iOS and Android devices.

Program duration?
The Frogmind Creator Program started in the Summer of 2020 and will continue without set expiration date.
Can creators follow their downloads or revenues?
They will get a monthly report from us at the monthly payment time stating the number of installs attributed to their Creator Link, the total revenue from those installs and Creator Codes and the net revenue from those installs/codes.
How do I get into the program?
What happens after I apply?
We will review your application. If we think you are what we are looking for, you will receive an email notification confirming your acceptance and more information.
Please note that applying does not guarantee acceptance, and due to the volume of applications, there may be delays in processing.
What happens if I get rejected?
While you may not be selected at this time, it does not mean a “no” forever. We encourage you to re-apply again at a later time if there are changes in the application information you are submitting.
What is a “Creator Code”?
A “Creator Code” is a new Frogmind Creator Program feature. You can enter accepted Creator Code in the Shop section of the game (please see example below). When players make in-app purchases, we will give 50% of the net revenue share to boost the creator for the next 7 days. This support doesn’t cost anything extra and is just another way to support favorite content creators!
Where can I find Frogmind Creator Codes and Creator Links?
You can find Creator Codes and Creator Links on YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, social media, and elsewhere shared by the official Frogmind Creators! You can also join the official Discord servers to find some of them!
Where do I enter the Creator Code?
Open the game, go to Shop and scroll to the bottom to find the Creator Support Boost section. Type in the Code!
Is it possible to stop supporting a Frogmind Creator early?
Yes! By clicking “STOP” in the Shop, you can immediately stop supporting the selected Frogmind Creator.
This doesn’t apply to the installs via Creator Links (such as frogmind.app/xxx) as that support will stop automatically after 30 days since the install date. After that you can continue supporting the creator or choose a different one from the Shop.
Does the Creator Code expire?
Yes! You can choose a different Frogmind Creator, or stop-start, at any time by changing selection in the Shop. If you don’t pick anyone else, support will expire in 7 days. This doesn’t apply to the installs via Creator Links (such as frogmind.app/xxx) as that support will stop automatically after 30 days since the install date. After that you can continue supporting the creator or choose a different one from the Shop.
