We understand that you, as a parent, might have questions about our games, and what we do to keep you and your children safe while you are playing. We hope we will be able to answer all of your questions with this guide.

First of all, we want to make sure that all of our games are a safe environment for everyone, and to reach that goal we follow these simple rules:
    1. Our main goal is to make sure our games are always enjoyable, therefore their quality will always be our main focus<br>
    2. We also want you to have all the information you need, including information about the content of our games before you download, and clear confirmation steps before finalizing a purchase
    3. If you or your child ever encounter any problem with our games, we also want to make sure you will find all the answers you need. You will find most answers in our guides (such as this one), as well as instructions to help you contact the correct company for your issue: payments will generally be handled by Apple, while issues with the game itself are usually handled by us.
As mentioned, we will try to cover all most likely scenarios in this guide however, should you still have not found the answers you were looking for, email us at parents@frogmind.com. In your email, try to include any information that might help us assist you, including a description of what happened and when, transaction ID receipts if relevant, screenshots if you have them, etc.

If you are familiar with and have access to our game, you can also check our Support pages for questions about your game or device at frogmind.helpshift.com. More information is also available from within the game by going to Settings > Help and Support. Our FAQs are regularly updated with the most recent information. From the same interface, you will also be able to report an issue to us.

WHAT ARE THE AGE LIMITS AND GENERAL POLICIES FOR FROGMIND’S GAMES?
All of our games are made for, and offered to people who are at least 13 years of age. You can get more details on our  Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages.

HOW CAN I MANAGE OR TURN OFF IN-APP PURCHASES?
Badland Brawl is free to play, however they also offer optional “in-app purchases”. While such purchases are not required to play the game, they can be used to progress at a faster pace.

In-app purchases are paid for with real money, and are always clearly labeled as such. They’re accessible “in game”, meaning that the options to make a purchase are found within the game itself.

Important: You can easily manage the ability to make in-app purchases, adjust password protection settings, or disable in-app purchases entirely through your mobile device’s general settings. The instructions you need can be found here:

WHO PROCESSES IN-APP PURCHASES?
Frogmind does not process payments for in-app purchases, nor has access to any of your credit card information. Purchases are handled directly by Apple, via the personal email address associated with that account. You will also receive receipts directly at that email address, once a purchases is made.

I’VE SEEN ANOTHER SITE THAT OFFERS ME IN-GAME PRODUCTS FOR FROGMIND GAMES. CAN I BUY FROM THEM?
Third party sites generally have offers that sounds “too good to pass on”: normally currency, quick progress, a high level account.

These websites are created with the sole purposes of stealing your account, money, and personal information with the use of viruses and trojans. Oftentimes, they do not ever deliver on their promises either.

Please keep away from these sites, to make sure that your account and private information are safe!

Additionally, the sale, redemption and/or trade of in-game currency and good is not allowed by our Terms of Service.

MY CHILD ACCIDENTALLY MADE AN IN-APP PURCHASE. HOW DO I SEE ABOUT A REFUND?
As with most downloadable software products, items bought through our games (in-app purchases) are generally non-refundable. In some special occasions there can be exceptions, however. The transaction process is controlled by Apple (for iOS devices), and their support teams will assist with refund requests.

For Apple (iOS) devices:
VisitApple support  and select the “Contact iTunes store support” link, then “Purchases, billing and redemption” and choose the option that fits you best.

I’VE RECEIVED A BILL FOR A PURCHASE I DIDN’T MAKE. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I SUSPECT FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY?
If you suspect that there’s been fraudulent transaction activity on your account, you should immediately contact Apple (for iOS devices), as they should be able to assist with this issue.

For Apple (iOS) devices:
Visit Apple support  and select the “Contact iTunes store support” link, then “Purchases, billing and redemption” and choose the option that fits you best.

If you have already contacted Apple about suspected fraudulent activity and they’ve sent you to us, please contact us at billing@frogmind.com. Be sure to include specific details like what happened and when, transaction ID receipts, relevant screenshots, etc.

WHAT’S FROGMIND’S POLICY ON PRIVACY?
Your privacy is our outmost priority. Here at Frogmind, we don’t have access to any of your credit card information, as all payment transactions are done through the Apple’s App Store.

We won’t sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
